About Leesa Allen

Leesa Allen is a public policy expert with more than 30 years of health care and human services experience. She leverages her experience as a former Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and the commonwealth's Medicaid Director to provide direct client consulting and leadership services including providing objective advice, expertise, and specialized skills in the health care sector. 

Her experience ranges from Medicaid to child welfare services to long-term care for older individuals and people with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Leesa is an active alumni participant of the National Association of Medicaid Directors, previously having served on the board of directors. She is also a 2016 Fellow of the Medicaid Leadership Institute.
